Chief Compliance & MLRO - Regulatory Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of FCA regulatory compliance and AML/CTF arrangements. You will fulfil SMF16 and SMF17 roles, oversee consumer duty, and report to the board on regulatory risks.

The role involves leading the compliance and financial crime function, maintaining risk-based monitoring, and advising senior management on regulatory developments and governance.
