Chief Compliance & Financial Crime Leader

Leapfrog Recruitment Consultants seeks a senior compliance leader to oversee CO, MLCO and MLRO duties for Guernsey licensees. You will shape the compliance strategy, engage with regulators and manage financial crime oversight across the business.

You will develop the team, drive risk-based monitoring and deliver training, reporting to boards and senior management while maintaining strong external relationships with GFSC and authorities.
