Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer. This senior role provides independent oversight of regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering arrangements, ensuring robust governance across FCA-regulated activities.

You will lead the Compliance Oversight function, act as MLRO, and collaborate with the Board to embed Consumer Duty and manage regulatory change.
