Chief Compliance & AML Oversight Leader

Mphasis UK Ltd. in Wakefield invites applications for Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer. This role provides independent second-line oversight of the firm's regulatory compliance framework and AML/CTF arrangements.

You will act as SMF16/SMF17, lead the Compliance and Financial Crime function, maintain a risk-based monitoring programme, report to the Board and embed Consumer Duty across the business.
