Chief Compliance & AML Oversight Leader

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance and financial crime controls across the firm. You will act as SMF16 and MLRO, ensuring FCA obligations are met and consumer outcomes remain central to operations.

You will lead the development and maintenance of a risk-based compliance framework, monitor regulatory changes, and report to the Board on risks and improvements.
