Job Description
About Us

We are a mission-driven accessibility start-up dedicated to transforming how neurodivergent individuals navigate their educational and professional journeys.

Since launching our first product, Present Pal, back in 2018, Estendio has empowered students across over 150 universities in the UK and US to excel in their presentations and communication skills. Building on this success, we recently launched our second product, Tailo, an AI-powered reading platform designed to create a tailored reading experience for every mind.

Our mission is to become the world's leading accessibility company, and we're entering an exciting stage of rapid growth as we scale over the next year.

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead Estendio's commercial growth strategy across both our established DSA (Disabled Students' Allowance) market and our expansion into new higher education markets in the UK and US.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a strategic and operational leadership role with end-to-end ownership of commercial performance, spanning marketing, partnerships, sales and market development. The CCO will act as a key voice on the executive team, ensuring Estendio's market strategy converts into measurable growth, adoption and revenue.

We're at a very exciting stage in Estendio's journey. Our products, Present Pal and Tailo, are well-established and continuing to grow within the UK Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) market - a mature, B2G channel with strong momentum. At the same time, we're expanding into a new opportunity: the broader Higher Education market in both the UK and US, supporting a wider range of students beyond DSA. This is a greenfield market where we're still in the early stages of validation and discovery. Each of these markets requires a focused strategy and distinct skill set - one to sustain and scale growth in an established sector, and another to define and accelerate traction in a new one.

This is a 15 Month FTC opportunity, covering maternity leave, ideal start date is Jan/Feb 2026 allowing a handover period.
