Chief Client Experience Architect - Private Banking

RedCat Digital is seeking a Head of Client Experience Strategy & Standards for a leading UK private bank. You will own the overarching client experience strategy across private banking and wealth, building frameworks, standards and design principles that every team uses to deliver a consistent experience.

You will lead segment-led design, orchestrate the end-to-end experience roadmap, and chair cross-functional forums with stakeholders across marketing, product and operations.
