Chief AI & Enterprise Strategy Leader

Aegon Asset Management is seeking a Head of AI to lead the enterprise AI strategy across our global investment and operations footprint. This permanent role is based in Edinburgh or London, with responsibility for governance, risk and executive engagement.

You will industrialise AI, move pilots to production, partner with senior leaders to prioritise high impact initiatives, and build a specialist team while managing external partnerships. Flexible working options are supported.
