As a crucial member of the kitchen team, you will skillfully prepare and cook a range of dishes within your designated section, ensuring every plate meets high standards. You will also:
- Manage and mentor junior kitchen team members
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels and support efficient kitchen operations
- Ensure dishes are prepared and delivered on time during service
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Follow client requirements and specific instructions accurately
- Consistently deliver high-quality food and service
We're looking for passionate chefs with previous experience in a professional kitchen.
