As a crucial member of the kitchen team, you will skillfully prepare and cook a range of dishes within your designated section, ensuring every plate meets high standards. You will effectively manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and productive environment. Adhering strictly to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations will be paramount. You'll also monitor stock levels, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and supporting timely service delivery. Collaborating closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in consistently delivering exceptional quality service and following specific client instructions to perfection.
