Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge
High attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to perform in a fast-paced but organised environment
Good command of English
Full permission to work in the EU
