What you'll do

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food to the highest standards.
• Supporting all areas of the kitchen and assisting different sections as required.
• Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served on time and to specification.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen and front of house teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Supporting the delivery of a diverse range of services, from busy retail operations to conferences, meetings, weddings, private dining, and large scale events.
• Taking pride in your work while contributing ideas and maintaining high culinary standards.
