Chef Manager: School Catering Leader (Term-Time 35h/38w)

Aspens Services is seeking an ambitious Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility in Nottingham. You will own GP management, cost control and drive excellence in food quality and service.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, oversee menu development and run monthly promotions to grow sales while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and food safety legislation.
