Chef Manager: Lead a School Kitchen in Term-Time Hours

Aspens Services is seeking a Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility. You will lead and develop a kitchen team, oversee menu development and drive promotions to grow sales while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires strong GP management, cost control skills, and a passion for fresh ingredients. OND/HND is a bonus; on-the-job experience matters most.
