Chef Manager: Lead a High-Volume Defence Kitchen

ESS is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at Brecon Camp. You will manage a team of 14 catering professionals, deliver fresh, nutritious meals, and drive food quality across services from daily dining to events.

In this role you'll ensure food safety and compliance, manage stock and budgets, and partner with clients to exceed expectations while fostering a positive, high-performance team culture at 40 hours per week.
