Chef Manager - Weekdays-Only Kitchen & Café Lead

Chartwells Independent in Manchester is seeking a Chef Manager for a Weekdays Only role. You'll oversee every aspect of the catering operation, from menu planning and team leadership to client relationships, budgets, compliance and service delivery.

This hands on leadership position requires a passion for fresh food, strong communication and financial acumen. Work Monday to Friday, 6:30 to 15:00, 40 hours/week, with a salary up to £28,664 per annum, depending on experience.
