Lodestone House 40 Hours Per Week - Excellent Work/Life Balance
We're currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead our catering operations for Lodestone House on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
As Chef Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and service operations, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional food and outstanding customer service. You'll lead, motivate and develop your team while maintaining the highest standards across food quality, service delivery and operational performance.

Please note: This role is contracted to 43 weeks per year (term-time only).

- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Train, support and develop team members
- Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance across the operation
Our ideal Chef Manager will:
- Be passionate about food and delivering exceptional service
- Have at least two years' catering experience
- Have experience leading and managing teams
- Hold NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Demonstrate strong financial and commercial awareness
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be motivated, ambitious and keen to develop their career
