Chef Manager - Lead High-Volume Military Catering

Chartwells Independent is looking for an experienced Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at Brecon Camp in Wales. You'll own a busy kitchen, inspire a 14-strong team, and deliver fresh, high-quality food across dining services and events.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts 6:00am-7:00pm, including weekends. You will drive food quality, safety, compliance, and cost control while developing your team and working closely with clients.
