Chef de Partie: Progression, Tips & Paid Holidays

Carlyon Bay Hotel, part of the Brend Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to support a busy kitchen. You will assist in running an efficient operation, prepare and cook dishes with guidance from the Head/Senior Chef, and help maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

This is a permanent, full time role with 5 days a week including weekends, offering competitive pay, shared tips, paid holidays, staff discounts across Brend Collection, and potential live in accommodation in the area.
