Job Description
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie for a high end client in central London.
You will be cooking fine dining, modern British cuisine to 2A rosette standard.
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant to at least 2AA rosette level or in 5 hotels will be preferred
Working Monday to Friday, straight shifts, 40 hours a week
