Chef de Partie: Lead Kitchen Creations & Team Mentorship

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen in Bolton. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, mentoring demi-chef de parties and commis, and assisting the sous and head chefs in developing new menus.

You will uphold strict food safety, manage portion control, and monitor waste to protect margins while contributing to the overall guest experience and restaurant operations.
