Chef de Partie: Craft Restaurant-Quality Resident Meals

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Chef de Partie for our luxury care and nursing home in Enfield. You will work under the Head Chef to create nutritious, restaurant-quality meals for residents and oversee a kitchen section with strict portion control to minimise waste.

You will develop awareness of dietary requirements, including dementia dining, and help the Head Chef and Sous Chef review and refine menus. A passion for food and experience in catering are valued.
