ABOUT THE ROLE

The Colleague Restaurant Chef de Partie is responsible for the full operation of the staff dining kitchen reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
This role requires a hands all-round approach, covering all aspects of food preparation, cooking and service. The position focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality meals in a high-volume environment while maintaining strong organisation, efficiency and food safety standards and interaction with all colleagues from the hotel.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience Proven experience of kitchen experience, with strong all-round cooking ability.
• Experience in high-volume catering, staff dining, or similar environments.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of kitchen responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organisation.
• Experience with stock control, ordering and waste management.
• Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and COSHH regulations.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Takes pride in own professional grooming.
• Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride and attention to detail in your work.
• Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests.
• Professional Qualifications A background in luxury hospitality or a related field.
