About the Role

As a Chef De Partie, you will be joining a passionate, supportive, and successful restaurant team at our iconic Knightsbridge store. You will act as a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the Sous Chef and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as a vital part of the team by ensuring the smooth running of a section.
• Provide direction and support to the team to deliver operational requirements of the day.
• Assist management in planning and forecasting of stock and orders, support organisation, stock rotation and labelling.
• Guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing a high standard of hygiene and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen, with a strong track record in a prestigious 5 hotel or high end restaurant.
• Confidence working on all sections of the main kitchen and ability to supervise junior cooks.
• Excellent time management skills and strong customer focus when dealing with internal and external parties.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail, evident through completed paperwork, organisation of the department and maintaining sufficient stock levels.
• Good PC literacy.
