As a Chef de Partie at the Horseshoes, you will be passionate about serving great food, training great people, and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team works together as one.

What will I be doing? As a Chef de Partie you'll

• Be a champion of brand standards, with the ability to mentor chefs and kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
