Come and join our team as a Chef De Partie and let your passion and personality shine. As a Chef De Partie, you will be working as part of a passionate team of chefs, serving delicious dishes for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • You'll be working with fresh food, turning it into delicious dishes for our guests.
  • Our CDP's run their own section of the kitchen.
  • As a skilled chef, you'll put your knife skills to the test and learn new skills from senior chefs.
  • You must stay up to date with allergen training.
  • You are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean.
  • Labeling food is important to avoid out of date items.
  • Share your knowledge with new and budding KP's and Commis.
