# Chef de Partie at Rogan & Co Back of House Rogan & Co The Lakes Full time Rogan & Co is a local neighbourhood restaurant located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District, offering a casual dining experience, using exceptional, home-grown ingredients. We have been awarded 1 Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes for the quality of our food and service. We are open 5 days a week, closed on Sundays and Mondays. The Role: We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team.This is an excellent opportunity for a competent and ambitious chef who has experience working in a high-level kitchen environment and is looking to further develop their skills within a Michelin-starred operation.As Chef de Partie, you will: Run and take ownership of your section, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times Work confidently across all sections of the kitchen Support the Sous Chef and senior kitchen team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen Assist with the training, mentoring and development of junior members of the team Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture About You We would love to hear from chefs who: Have previous experience in a quality-led, high-level kitchen environment Are competent in running their own section and managing service effectively Have a genuine passion for exceptional ingredients and cooking Enjoy working as part of a professional and ambitious team Take pride in supporting and developing junior chefs Are driven to learn, grow and progress their culinary careerWe offer a competitive salary and 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
