We are looking for a motivated and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you have a passion for cooking and a desire to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you!
What We Offer
Christmas Break: Enjoy time with family and friends (22th - 27th December)
Fair Pay: 40 hours per week + overtime paid at hourly rate
Staff Perks: Complimentary meals on duty
Service Charge: 10% on all bills, split amongst all staff

Your Role
As a Chef de Partie , you'll work across all kitchen sections, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation. Your duties will include:
1. Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to the required standard
2. Managing food stock and prep levels
3. Cooking and plating during busy service times
4. Following strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations
5. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
