What you'll be doing:- Run your section with skill, focus, and flair during service
- Cook thoughtful, seasonal dishes with top-quality produce
- Keep your mis en place sharp, clean, and organised
- Communicate clearly and support a smooth, positive kitchen flow
- Own your prep and stock, and help lift up the team
- Share your knowledge and support junior chefs
- Bring energy, pride, and passion to every shift
- Experience in quality restaurants as a CDP or strong Commis
- A love for great food and a respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Calm under pressure and confident on the line
- A great attitude, with strong communication and team spirit
- A hunger to learn, grow, and be part of something new
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
