Service charge: We pay our team service charge each month. All goes into one pot, and 100% is shared among the team.
Service charge can be around £305 a month (around £3,600 per year) over base pay, for a full-time employee.
The hotel may offer on-site staff accommodation to help new members settle into life at the hotel. Free parking is available on-site.

About the RoleCome and join our team as a Chef De Partie and let your passion and personality shine. This is a full-time role of 48 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends.

This role suits someone who has worked in a similar environment previously.
Key Responsibilities- You'll be working with fresh food, turning it into delicious dishes for our guests.
- Our CDP's run their own section of the kitchen.
- You'll put your knife skills to the test while learning new skills from senior chefs.
- You must keep up to date with the latest allergen training.
- Everyone in the kitchen is responsible for keeping it clean.
- Labeling your food is important to avoid out-of-date food.
- As an experienced chef, we encourage you to share knowledge with new Commis.
