What you'll be doing as Chef de Partie?Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will deliver excellent food standards, seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly and supportive environment.
As a key member of the brigade, you will ensure all dishes are prepared to spec, produce a range of starters, mains and desserts across all stations, support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering and stock management, and maintain a 5 star rating. Previous experience in a fresh food environment is preferred, and commis staff eager to progress are also welcome.
