Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie - County Meath

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie to join a busy and well-established kitchen in County Meath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who is looking to further develop their career in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently
• Manage your section efficiently during service
• Support junior kitchen staff and maintain high standards
• Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (essential)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and strong team ethic
