About the Role

We are looking for a chef to join our kitchen team at The Atlantic on St Mary's, Isles of Scilly. The role involves cooking with locally sourced produce, ensuring correct kitchen procedures are followed, and meeting dish specifications in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipe standards.
• Ensure all kitchen procedures are followed and each dish meets the specified quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and a positive working environment.
