Job Description
Chef de Partie - Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes within an established kitchen team to ensure the best service possible for guests.

Guide commis, support sous chef and head chef with daily operations.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, follow health and safety regulations.

Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Play a vital role in the kitchen and hotel food & beverage operations.

Qualifications
  • Great cooking skills and a deep understanding of ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, delegate tasks appropriately, and maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to a clean and hygienic kitchen, adherence to food safety regulations and proper use of equipment.
  • Understanding of profit margins to run the kitchen efficiently and profitably.
  • Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and living through brand standards.
