Salary: £13.50-£15.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Trevose Golf Club is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a key role within our kitchen, and we are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for high-quality food and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook all dishes to specification, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage your section of the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth operation during service
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, handling food safely and competently
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Support senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Assist with the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
- Contribute to the development of new menus and seasonal specials
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Chef de Partie role in a busy kitchen
- Level 2 or above Health & Safety qualification
- Level 2 or above Food Hygiene qualification
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work flexibly
- Full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £13.50-£14.50 per hour (based on experience)
