Job Description
Chef de Partie 
Join us at The BoTree as we bring Conscious Luxury to life through every detail of the guest experience. We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team within The BoTree Wellness Club, delivering high-quality and beautifully presented dishes that support a wellbeing-focused dining experience.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
- Supporting the delivery of a wellbeing led, nutritionally balanced menu
- Maintaining consistency, quality and attention to detail in all food preparation
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health standards
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house teams
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
- Contributing ideas to menu development and continuous improvement
We are looking for:
- Experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant or members club
- Strong knowledge of seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
- Interest in healthy, wellbeing focused and nutritionally balanced cuisine
- High standards of organisation, cleanliness and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
- Relevant food safety qualifications
