the St Ives Bay Hotel is looking for a talented and driven chef de partie to join our kitchen brigade for 2026. If you're ready to grow your skills, take ownership of your section, and work in one of the most stunning locations in Cornwall, we want to hear you!

- maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety,
- help plan and develop menus and specials with the senior team.
- maintain stock levels, reduce waste and follow FIFO procedures.
- train and support junior chefs, helping them grow in their roles.
- work clean, organised and calm - even when the heat is on.
we're looking for someone who is:
- skilled and passionate: you love good food, great prep and perfect presentation.
- reliable and motivated: you show up ready to deliver your best.
- organised and clean: you run your section like a pro.
- team-focused: you understand that great service starts in a great kitchen.
- experience A a CDP or strong Commis looking to step up is ideal.
