Hours & Pay

Full-time

Total estimated expected earnings, up to £1 6.51 per hour

You must already hold the right to work in the UK to be considered.

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience as a CDP within a new opening or high profile restaurant/hotel.
• Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards.
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill, sauce, or sauté.
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Order and manage inventory for your section.
• Train and supervise junior chefs and commis.
• Assist with menu planning and development.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
