Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the enthusiasm and ambition to succeed in a busy kitchen in our newly refurbished pub restaurant.

As the perfect candidate you should be able and willing to do the following:

• Run your own section of the kitchen including write prep lists, organise order lists, think ahead and plan for busy services
