Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at The Londoner Hotel.
OverviewWe are expanding our brigade and currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team.
Responsibilities- As a Chef de Partie you will support the senior chefs in delivering a high level of cuisine working alongside our highly skilled chefs. Your role will involve leading a section within the kitchen ensuring that food is produced to an exceptional standard and as per company standards.
- As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to direct and coach the junior brigade team members, ensuring they also achieve the food standards and quality required during service and preparation.
- Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast paced environment.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- You will understand the importance of teamwork and be able to work well with others.
