Chef de Partie - The Brewery Kitchen by Datum Attitude Brewing Co

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to take charge of the day-to-day running of our brewery taproom kitchen.

Working largely independently, we are looking for a skilled Chef who is passionate about local produce, fresh fish, the best locally baked bread, local and rare breed meats to help us bring our vision to life.

You'll prepare and serve exciting, small plates and next level street food, work on themed event evenings that complement our award-winning brewery and taproom.

Menus can be developed for you or you can put your own stamp on things, you will focus on consistently producing exceptional food, creating a foodie destination while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.

The Brewery Kitchen is open for service:-

Thursday 5pm - 9pm

Friday 5pm - 9pm

Saturday 1pm - 9pm

Sunday 1pm - 6pm (or until 9pm on event days)

There will be additional time for preparing the dishes, record keeping, costing and additional evenings for private openings, parties and events.

What you'll be doing

• Running service from our fully equipped modern food truck kitchen.
• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Working with fresh, quality, ingredients .
• Helping deliver creative, ever-changing seasonal menus.
• Working closely with the brewery team to create a fantastic customer experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
• Takes pride in producing quality food every service.
• Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
• Enjoys working in a small, supportive team.
• Has excellent food hygiene standards.
• Wants to be part of an independent business with plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas and create something truly unique and exceptional.
