Chef De Partie - Stylish Fine Dining Restaurant

This renowned fine dining restaurant, set in the heart of Mayfair, has recently undergone a stunning refurbishment. They are now looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join their 14 strong brigade and contribute to the exceptional dining experience that defines this stylish destination.

• £16.80 - £17.80 per hour including service charge

Responsibilities

• Running your own section with consistency and precision
• Working closely with Senior Chefs to deliver outstanding dishes at every service
• Catering for up to 50 lunch, 220 dinner and 60 private dining covers
• Supporting the training and development of junior team members
• Ensuring high standards of organisation, hygiene and compliance are maintained at all times

You'll be a great fit if you

• Have experience as a Chef De Partie in a high end, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Are passionate about food and eager to learn and develop under experienced chefs
• Can remain calm and focused in a fast paced, high volume service
• Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering dishes of the highest quality
