Chef de Partie - Seasonal Kitchen, Creative & Collaborative

The Hoxton in Holborn is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join Rondo, our lively neighbourhood restaurant. You will lead a section across breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring smooth service and top-notch hygiene while developing the kitchen team in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.

Headed by Tristan Downes, you'll contribute to seasonal, local British dishes and work closely with the Head Chef to explore new ideas and techniques in a creative kitchen environment.
