The Winemaker's Pub, part of Balfour Winery near Goudhurst, combines seasonal British dishes with estate wines in a welcoming, home-like setting. Guests enjoy great food, wine and a relaxed overnight stay in four boutique bedrooms.

As Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef in the development and smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency and presentation. You will also share knowledge with junior team members and contribute to a positive, engaging atmosphere.
