The Merrion Hotel has partnered with Flow Hospitality Training to provide a bespoke learning management system for all of our team members. It is the first hotel in Ireland to offer accredited and tailor made training via Flow Hospitality Training.
The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels, is recruiting for a Chef de Partie - Pastry.

Full time: 39 hours per week
Salary: €18.05 per hour
The Role- Prepare, produce, and present high quality pastry items including desserts, breads, cakes, petit fours, and other baked goods.
- Support the Executive Head Pastry Chef in the day to day running of the pastry kitchen.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation in all pastry dishes served.
- Assist with menu planning and development of new pastry items.
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry area, including stock rotation and waste control.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs with the kitchen team.
