Chef de Partie - New Opening

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for an exciting new restaurant project. As Chef de Partie, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to help deliver consistently high standards, supporting the day to day running of the kitchen and ensuring excellent execution across your section. This is a hands on role suited to a proactive and passionate chef who is committed to excellence, creativity, and working with exceptional seasonal produce.

The Person

The successful Chef de Partie will have:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up in a high quality kitchen (Rosette or Michelin experience preferred)
  • A genuine passion for farm to fork cooking and sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of seasonal British produce
  • Interest in foraging, game, and whole animal butchery (training can be provided)
  • Strong organisation and ability to run a section confidently
  • A positive attitude and ambition to develop within a forward thinking business
