Opening in March 2026, Maslow's welcomes its third addition to the portfolio - Maslow's Kensington. In this inspiring new workplace, we will operate two-floors of private members co working space - 31 private offices and a total of 303 desks, with a wellness café and bar - all just a stone's throw from High Street Kensington.

Your new role

Our company is seeking a vibrant and passionate Chef de Partie, who is committed to exciting our guests through their culinary experience. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will strive for perfection in all that you do and have a genuine interest in wellness and providing a balanced, nutrient rich, and flavour led offering.

This role is available from mid March; you will be based at Maslow's Kensington, W8 with operating hours between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail, taste, and presentation.
  • Assist in creating new menu items and recipes while considering seasonal availability and customer preferences.
  • Execute cooking techniques and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Oversee, setup and manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, fish, grill, pastry, or vegetables with all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and inform the Sous Chef/Head Chef of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring their adherence to culinary standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of ingredients and dishes to ensure freshness, quality, and adherence to established standards.
  • Monitor portion control and food waste, taking proactive measures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment, encouraging open communication and mutual respect among team members.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
