Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking to join a busy, well-established kitchen in a stunning countryside setting? We're recruiting on behalf of a popular and thriving hospitality venue near Ringwood, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, supporting the wider brigade and maintaining excellent standards across your section.

What's on Offer

• Salary: £32,822 per year
• Live-in accommodation available
• Shared tips per shift
• Structured rota: 5 days out of 7
• Work within a small, dedicated team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Busy and rewarding environment with up to 200 covers on peak days
• Beautiful countryside location just 4 miles from Ringwood (approx. 25 minutes by cycle)

The Kitchen Team

You'll be joining a close-knit brigade consisting of:

• 2 full-time chefs
• 1 part-time chef
• 1 full-time kitchen porter

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
• Passion for working in kitchens
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
