Chef de Partie - Live In, £14/hr, Award-Winning Kitchen

Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie for our client, an award winning restaurant in Minehead, Somerset. You will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, managing one of 4 sections, and contribute ideas on menu development.

You will be passionate about locally sourced food, with ingredients sourced from local suppliers to provide sustainable but excellent dishes, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene.
