Chef de Partie - Live Events Kitchen Lead

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Chef de Partie for the EICC/Nourish team, delivering high-quality dishes across live events, conferences, and exhibitions. You will manage a defined kitchen section while upholding Levy standards of food quality, creativity, and service excellence.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and broader kitchen team, supporting junior staff and maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.
